HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a dress on March 27th for prom. Weeks later it still had not shown up. I tried multiple times to email and communicate not to ship the dress as prom had passed. I asked for a refund which they said they would provide and never did. So I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Now, on May 7th, 6 weeks later, I get an email that they have shipped the dress. What the heck! Absolute worse customer service I have ever dealt with. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
