Want to cancel one of the orders due to double order issue, email them the next day of ordering, the customer service didn’t reply until 3 days later when the order start shipping. Could be no hassle if they can reply back to the email sooner. After the dress get delivered, I have to pay the shipping fee again to return just because of their delayed customer service…

The items I bought are gorgeous. They were well packaged and had a timely delivery.

I haven’t received my order yet so I can’t comment on the quality or sizing of the items but I wanted to warn other Canadians ordering from this company to be prepared for a 50% duty/tax/brokerage fee on their order. I ordered $200 worth of clothes and am now paying $100 in additional fees from Fed Ex. Beware!

Love Princess Highway clothing that isn’t boring and styles for those who like to be individual . I get so many comments on my clothing, Love it keep up the good work guys !

The clothes are super cute. The only downside, you have to spend over $300 for free delivery. No where else in the world does one have to spend $300, maybe a maximum of $150.

They had a sale online and after buying a couple of items few hours after were reduced a further $20. Their marketing/sale strategy seems a bit cheeky.
I feel the quality in fabrics is reduced compared to couple of years ago. I bought a bikini and the elastic strap was all twisted, after contacting customer support they wouldn't allow a refund even if it wasn't used and was a faulty item.

Online ordering is super easy

Long term Princess Highway buyer here! Reasonably consistent sizing, great quality clothes that last a long time. Easy to navigate website. My only frustration is the number of marketing emails I get, especially those with misleading sales “further 10% off” but it’s the same price as last time I checked.

I absolutely love their pantsuits with a great range of designs.
I’m a huge fan of their many Australian native flora and fauna prints as well as their offbeat quirky prints.
I’m also a huge fan of their retro prints and styles.

The staff in-store are always lovely & helpful. The jeans I bought didn't suit me though. I also find there is a lot of orange, yellow & green in Princess Highway clothes, and those colours don't suit me.

Princess Highway reminds me of my childhood — I love their use of colours and playful patterns. For a long time, I thought being an adult meant dressing in monochrome and keeping things simple, but I’ve missed that sense of joy and creativity from my younger days. Discovering Princess Highway helped me reconnect with that playful side. I also appreciate the beautiful quality of their clothing — made from natural fabrics and sometimes organic cotton. That’s why I love this brand so much.

May you have the warehouse to stock up otherwise the online order was directed to the store had the size and the cost of shipping and waiting time was big.

Loved the gingham pants.(blush rose) i shortened them and turned them into cullouts. My favourite so far.

I placed an order and got email partial delivery. I don't know what's sent. I emailed their customer support and have to wait 72hrs for a reply. They've got my money and there's no low stock advice when I bought online. Other online businesses are far better than this. If i knew I wouldn't have bought from them.

The fabrics are good as I especially like cotton and the designs are stylish. However, there are some issues with quality control where the clothes I purchased have loose and uneven stitching.

I’ve purchased from Princess Highway multiple times and I’ve had a great experience each time. I love the material and patterns they carry, although the gnarly shipping fee to USA makes me sad it’s worth it. They sometimes have delays in shipping when you buy during a big sale but I received (2) separate emails letting me know they were working on fulfillment, very nice! My items didn’t even take that long, it was only a delay of a few days.

It arrived! Ordered olivia jacket on July 3rd. Arrived July 18th. Faith restored. (All the negative reviews had me nervous).
Size guide indicated I order size 8. Ordered size 10 as would rather too big than too small but in hindsight should have followed the guide but still fine.
