delivery till 48 hours was not true and they couldn’t delivery to other country so i had to send it by post which was another 60 euros

We are surprised by your comment because we received your order on Friday 09/25 at 3:30 p.m. and unfortunately it could not be processed until Monday 09/27 morning due to the weekend. The goods were finally delivered to you on Tuesday 09/28 in the middle of the afternoon, so in 24h.
Moreover, the goods were not delivered abroad but in Paris.
We would be delighted to discuss with you to understand the mistake.
