Great product, awful delivery experience.
I have always had the highest regard for p2d as a printer; the customer service is excellent and they support you when you've made mistakes and help you rectify them. The finished quality is very good, and the turnaround time is about a week. Prices are competitive.
BUT their delivery companies are awful. They rely heavily on DHL, and I've had two recent experiences where they have delivered to the wrong place, one experience where they've left the books in a public entrance rather than brought them to the office, claims that delivery has been signed for when it hasn't, and two sets of damaged goods, one serious. If I could split my rating to give 5* to the product and 0* to the deliveries, I would do so. As it is, I'm seriously considering moving my business elsewhere. KDP is beginning to look attractive.
