HP M255nw laser printer
I bought an HP M255nw laser printer, but it is not working properly.
It printed askew with 0.5mm difference between the edges.
I work with print and cut, and for printing crooked I cannot cut on my cutting machine.
This is unacceptable for my job and they say that the printer is working properly and they cannot exchange or fully refund my money.

Cartridges are NOT compatible as stated on website
I ordered products based on their search tool (by entering my printer reference) and ended up receiving cartridges that are not compatible with my printer. I ordered what was advised on your website, i didn't make it up myself, so please don't say I didn't order the right ones. Your tool is defect that's the point.
Now this company is refusing to refund me as the cartridge was open. And the second cartridge that's not open has to be returned at my cost (you can't even chose the shipping method but immediately charge you 7 euros when creating the return label).
Bad customer service, no empathy and difficult to reach.
This company is really not customer friendly and I will definitely not order again.

Bad bad bad
Bad bad bad, don't recommend.
Bought a set of cartridges for hp7740 and they didn't work...it was not the original but home recommendation package. They came very late, after a few weeks, after that I made the return and now after almost 1month my retour is still not processed.
Still wait for my money.

Really bad experience
Really bad experience. I ordered ink on Thursday last week and today (Tuesday the week after) I still didn't received any delivery confirmation. I had to call the client service and hear that they forgot to deliver it .... I will not order anymore at printAbout.
