This company is a scam.
I ordered and paid clothes through official Seashepherd.org webshop (managed by Printclever) and I never received anything or any refund.

I believe this is a failing business or a scam company, not sure which. Ordered two Warhammer Merch statues early last year. They were due to be delivered in January 2026. I was not informed that they were delayed by 10 months, meaning now due October 2026. I only found out by chasing them directly. I've been seeking a £270 refund now for nearly 3 weeks, with one member of staff saying it's a reversal, so I won't see any money, another member of staff saying they've already returned my money, and the AI chat bot saying to give it 10 working days. Spoiler alert, it's already been more than 10 working days.

I used to believe that print-on-demand was a great business opportunity, and in many ways it still has potential. Unfortunately, the entire model is being held back by the printing providers. I’ve already worked with three different companies, including the two major players, and most recently Print Clever. Sadly, the experience has been consistently disappointing across all of them.

Orders arrive late or incomplete, communication with us as sellers is practically nonexistent, and the needs of our end customers are completely ignored. We don’t even receive reliable stock updates. Providers often choose to ship incomplete orders without notifying us, leaving us to manage unhappy customers. Even worse, sometimes they don’t ship the order at all because an item is out of stock — yet they never inform us, the sellers.

In this business model, everything depends on the printing provider, and so far every one I’ve worked with has shown a worrying lack of professionalism, organisation, and consideration. It’s not just harming my business; it’s damaging the credibility of the entire print-on-demand model.

In setting up a new Brand we looked to get going with PrintClever through Printify. We got two samples (paid for!) first the print was not consistent. 1 print of an acceptable quality, but the two larger prints were below the standard of the local market. Very poor, rough and faded prints. We asked for a reprint sending the images, and they sent exactly the same. Each time took 7 Days! we requested and designed an insert thank you card, never happened. If this is how you would want to represent your business!

No contact from the company. We have now found a company that will produce the prints and we will do them ourselves, ensuring the highest quality.

We ordered two t-shirts and a fine art print from one of Print Clever Limited's other merchandise sites (heroicsignatures.store), only to experience some issues with delivery (delays and some damage). We brought the matter to the attention of Customer Service who proved to be very understanding and we have been impressed with the efficiency and speed with which the issues were handled, with a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Shockingly bad service. Do not use this printer, especially if you are using Printify Print On Demand. Poor service on way too many orders and zero accountability. Printify do very little to resolve it either other than offer pointless platitudes.

Ordered a Sea Shepherd merch, paid in advance, the good was never delivered.

This company exceeded all my expectations. The quality of everything that I ordered for my Wedding was fantastic. From the invitations to the signage and table name discs. This is not the only time I have ordered from them and would 100% use them again. They were so helpful with everything from start to finish. Thank you very much for all your hard work.

Returned an item 10 weeks ago and still haven’t received refund. Don’t reply to emails and pretend to put you through to customer service on the phone but put you on hold and don’t come back. Awful company!! Feel like I’ve had money stolen and they won’t reply to me. Do NOT use this company!!!

Amazing customer service, really good response to emails and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Strongly recommended.

Tried to use this company via Printify and their shipping time was longer than expected on two out of four times, one was 8 working days. Don't recommend.
