Ordered a print online. In general, the service was fine, in that I received good communication about the delivery and the product arrived well packaged and presented. However, when I unpacked my new print I was immediately disatisfied by the very poor quality of the print (the image looks as though it was taken using a very low resolution camera) which ultimately meant I was not happy to hang this image in my home. I wish I had checked online reviews first, and it makes sense to me now why the website does not allow for customer reviews.

Never received my order and no response from emails chasing my order. There is no other contact from this company. Can’t get my money back. Wish I read reviews previously

Stay away from this company not as advertised,waiting weeks to receive my canvas then when it arrived you have to make it yourself & the picture quality so bad
Also no way to contact them regarding issues

Emailing about a missing print and not receiving any response. Don’t understand how you can run a business ignoring emails ??????

I understand they are not a big company...But I would not recommend buying from them, I have sent out two emails about my order and no one got back to me!
I also got a mobile number you can message about your order, they did respond to that but only to lie to me and say that my first order was held up a the delivery depo and they will send my order out again that day and email my tracing info, shocker they didn't! thought i would give them a few more days for my item to turn up, but nope it didn't I requested a refund and that was dealt with more quicker then the order! i would not recommend ordering from them.

I recieved 2 prints on plastic sheete as a gift. My son's understanding was that they were to be on canvas but they were not. There were some sticks in the box that did not correspond with the pictures or with the instructions that are given to follow on you-tube. One of the pics was obviously not suitable as it was blurred and out of focus and therefore unuseable.

Unfortunately we were hooked on low prices, but the quality of the prints is not worth the money... :(. Plus they came not installed on the frames - some DIY is needed and no idea how this will come up... :(

Shocking Shocking Shocking.
Ordered and paid on full in Oct last year. Now July of the following year 9 months later and never received it. They say its the delivery companies fault, the delivery company says its printdelux fault. Either of them never
owned up. So basically they took my money and never gave me a product. Day light robbery.

Shamefull experience with those scammers!

Do not order anything from there. Long delivery even though they promise express delivery.

Just waisted my money, do NOT recommend.

Such poor quality!!!!! We payed 11 Euros for express delivery and got the pachage today almost a month later.

Absolutely brilliant service. Received both my canvases today. Very clear instructions on how to assemble via YouTube. Not rocket science. The quality of the canvas and the frame are excellent. I have used this company before and am reordering again. You will not be disappointed.

Such a scam. They do not provide what they say, the quality is really bad and they do not allow you to contact them more than once. I have contacted my bank to reclaim the money and I urge all who has had the misfortune to deal with these people to do the same.

PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! Absolute waste of money!! Paid extra for express shipping and came over a month later! you have to assemble the canvas itself without any clear instructions. Its a waste of time and money and its fit for the bin! the least helpful customer service ever! should be removed from the web!

This company should be reported to Interpol and their website removed from the internet. They are a crowd of scammers. Avoid at ALL costs.

Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Same as everyone else...received crumpled up poor quality prints and pieces of wood to make up the "canvas" myself. They don't even provide staples or anything to attach the canvas. Complete waste of money.

Terrible company, no contact details. If you are fortunate to even receive your so called canvas, it is not a canvas and your picture is printed on a type of paper, with lines all over it...very bad print quality. They roll it up and send you pieces of wood...good for fire wood but thats about it!
Total waste of money and they don't even deserve one star rating. They should be removed from the web.

Exceptionally poor quality. Pieces of wood sent with prints for me to hammer pictures together. The wood length didnt even match the photos. I emailed the company and......no response!! I ended up cutting the pictures and blue tacking them directly to the wall and throwing out the wood they sent for ME to put my photos together. COMPLETE RIP OFF. Do not use this company
