Perfect wedding invites.

Ordered wedding invitations for my sister from Printed.com. I was a little hesitant at first as it was my first time ordering with them and I knew they had to be perfect.
Printed.com offered a range of different sizes, papers and styles. A large variety to cater to everyone. Everything was easy to navigate through and plenty of information on products was provided.
Ordering was really simple and easy, delivery was very quick and the product quality was absolutely perfect.
I gave them to my sister (whose expectations are very high). They exceed her expectations and she is a very happy bride to be!!
Thank you so much for your service. I will definitely be using them again.

Avoid - will print your order wrong

Had two orders from them, one of them arrived literally blank and the other printed with the wrong orientation according to their proof. They then refused to refund for either, terrible service and terrible company, lot of money wasted.

Good print, poorly packaged

Prints look great and came quick, one criticism is that the corner of every print is bent due to how they’ve been packaged which is disappointing.

First time using Printed.com with designs created elsewhere and the process was so easy and simple from choosing the requirements, uploading artwork etc. I paid the additional for artwork checks for my own piece of mind, delivery was great and upon receipt the invitations were amazing! Great quality and easy to use

I ordered my save the dates from printed.com - it was a very easy experience and they arrived quickly and are great quality, can't wait to send them out. Going to look at options for invitations and signage in a few months time. Paid extra for the artwork to be checked for peace of mind.

Over 10 years of quality printing

I've been using Printed.com for over 10 years now and they are always the go-to company for most of my print jobs. Their product range, print quality, pricing, turnaround time and delivery are second to none. On the (very rare) occasional time that print mistakes happen, they are always polite and quick to rectify any situation and have done very swiftly on a recent job. I often refer my clients direct to them too and always happy to recommend them to anyone.

Inconsistent

Inconsistent. Ordered save the dates from them and it was great. Then ordered wedding menus and a welcome sign and although the welcome sign was good, the menus were all off centre. Printed.com did a knowledge this and re-sent. Today we received our seating chart and although we used exactly the same template as we did for the welcome sign, the seating chart had a border around it. Spoke to customer service who said it was our fault and we would have to reorder.

Misaligned Prints

The print quality is good, but we can't recommend the service because:

1. We paid for human review of our order - it was then held by an automated system until we called customer service, when a human finally looked at it. That service is clearly a scam to get extra money.

2. Our gatefold print was misaligned, despite a human staff member verifying it looked correct and was fine for print and aligned properly. The prints we received are a few millimeters off, so when the gate is closed, you can clearly see the design is not aligned, not great for wedding invitations! Clearly no quality control.

So whilst the quality of the prints might be to standard, we wouldn't rely on them producing properly aligned prints.

5 star service!

I had a tricky gatefold wedding invitation I had designed in Canva, I paid to do the professional check and I am so glad I did, as there were issues with the bleed and alignment and I couldn't figure out how to fix them. One phone call and David provided me with really helpful guidance and making sure my artwork was correct to be printed. I would highly recommend printed.com for any printing needs, there customer service is really top notch! And a huge thanks to David, life saver!!!!

Good quality paper and prints however incorrect print

Good quality paper and prints however, I ordered 75 order of service, all 75 were off centre even after paying the additional fee so have someone check it before printing so was disappointed when this came on an A5 booklet but the prints on A6 of the page.
Having said this, the printed.com team were quick to apologise on the phone and to pass this info on and get it sorted. They are to send out a new batch free of charge due to their error.

Bad experience

Bad experience. Tried to reorder in hopes that the experience will be better but no, still had a bad experience. Kept rejecting the designs i sent, every time with different reasons. Can’t they just say all the reasons in one e-mail instead of going back and forth?! Not recommended at all.
