The instructions on how to log the cartridges and package was easy to follow. Having sent them off using their feepaid label the acknowledgement of the the receipt of my package and the transfer of the money was very quick.

Rapid turn around for recycled cartidges
Rapid turn around. Mailed in cartridges on Monday, received a call from Donald on Wednesday to answer my question and confirm safe receipt. Confirmation on payment 48 hours later. Top marks for honest, friendly customer service with a HUMAN responding. Have dealt with them in the past and their service and dependability is consistently good and top drawer.
