After receiving a printer for my Woocommerce shop tried to make it work with no succes. I contacted the company and had several email conversations with a person named Saleh. No succes to make the printer working. Tried just to download the simple Woocommerce application from the google play store also with no succes. The Printer is useless to me and spend over €500 for it. Abolutely a disgrace.

AVOID. Previously iBacstel

This company has rebranded from iBacstel and they are still terrible to deal with, assuming you ever reach them. They also have articles of interest you might want to read before considering doing business with them. I won't link anything here, but search "Ibacstel fbi" for a shocking article which pushed me to cut my ties with them.

Their online presence seems to consist of a bot which does nothing but bring you around in circles no matter what you select. I eventually found their contact number on this new website and pressed 1 for sales. I spoke to Abdul, a director I suspect and he has assured me that my account will be closed and I "shouldn't, but might get automated invoice emails" which he said I can ignore.

I had been with iBacstel for about 5 years. I asked them to cancel the last printer because I wished to cut my ties with them, but I have had no response. They continue to invoice me every month for services I tried to cancel many times, with no reply from the company.

After 2 years, I stopped trying to fix the many problems and cancelled a planned expansion of my business in the restaurant ordering service. They had the audacity to try sell me a service for several thousand pounds when the one I was paying for was so terrible to begin with.

I was promised great service and I have had anything but. The problems have been many and often. Everything from orders getting stuck in their servers to printers not connecting to their iConnect system.

I had 5 active client printers with them and 3 printers as standby printers. I only had the standby printers because often a printer would disconnect from iConnect and would have to be replaced with another, which meant travelling to a clients premises to switch a printer, sometimes 50 miles away. I lost count of how many times I had to do this. iBacstel do not allow you to put a printer on hold (to stop being charged monthly for it) and insist that you would have to pay for a new license if putting a previously registered printer back on their server. They don't offer refunds either, no matter how long their service has been offline.

Over the 5 year period, I lost all of my clients because the service was so unreliable. It is difficult to reach iBacstel. Sometimes you can reach them on chat, but it is very rare and they let bots do the insulting now. Tickets have to be submitted via chat, which is mostly offline. Their phone number has been disconnected/unavailable for years. They increased their prices by 200% and promised better support, but the support is worse than ever. When you chat to someone on their chat support, they can do nothing to help except submit a ticket, which often goes unanswered and unresolved.

At one stage, only 2 out of 5 restaurant clients had a connected printer. The other 3 were offline and the backups were also offline. All 8 had a WiFi connection, but iConnect did not show them as being connected. The offline statuses ranged from an hour (the most recent disconnection) to 16 hours (the previous disconnection) and as far as 40 days. One back-up printer was offline for more than 300 days and would not connect, so I had to ask twice for it to be deleted from my account. There was no compensation given for any downtime. I have asked them to disconnect the last active printer and I have received no response from them. Of course, the invoice arrived. The last customer had to deal with losing 15 to 20% of his online orders for the past 2 years thanks to iBacstel. I recommended a service cancellation long before that.

There has been nothing but stress dealing with iBacstel and I am not surprised by the negative feedback I have seen here and on other review sites. This company doesn't even pretend to give a damn about its customers. I have been more than patient and I hate having to write this negative, but honest review. In all honesty, what I have written here is barely the tip of the iceberg.

If you value your health, sanity and that of your customers....find a different company and make sure it's not iBacstel under a different name. They seem to change their name when the heat becomes too much.
