I have been buying from Printerlink…

I have been buying from Printerlink Cartridges for a number of years, and I cannot fault them.
Very easy to order from their website and good value for money. Their service has been excellent.
Paul has always been very helpful.

Excellent company in every way

Excellent company in every way, I've been using them for a few years - ink cartridges always works well. Fast shipping, easy to negative website, and easy to do online purchases.

Never Delivered

Ordered ink and never received after waiting for 5 days. Was told courier lost it. Was shipped again via different service I was told and that was delivered 2 days later somewhere but not my address. After waiting 9 days without ink ended up cancelling. I know businesses are dependant on courier services and may not be their fault but was given the run around and wasted over a week with no ink. An Post left the replacement behind our bin at the front so it was sitting there for 5 days and I was not told. I was given a full refund and could keep the ink so that was a genuine effort on their part.

Second time ordering from these guys

Second time ordering from these guys. Very prompt delivery and excellent selection of stock. I have a very old printer which is still going strong, so it’s great they stock such a wide variety of quality ink cartridges.

Excellent Customer care.

Had a slight problem .But was rectified by Printerink immediately.While not the cheapest in the market .Their ink cartridges always work .I have tried others ,but only a waste of money.Their customer care is excellent.
