I am giving 5 stars for the service I received off Jessica, it was first class and the questions I asked were answered, even sent an email saying that she was still waiting for reply off the main company.

Printerink/Canon TR7550 Colour printer

Product arrived on time even allowing for the fact I ordered during a bank holiday. Easy to set up & install the inks. Does exactly what it's meant to, although I don't use the fax function. Everything else works just fine.
Great value for money.

Great customer service

Had an issue with the courier (not their fault) and they dealt with the issue so well. Massive thanks for sending a replacement. I’ve been trying to make some art prints during lockdown. Jessica was so courteous and the paper is great quality!

I found a good deal at Printernet for the Brother laser printer I was looking to buy. They promised next working day delivery, and they delivered on it. Everything went well with the purchase and the delivery.

Ordered printer for a staff member working at home. Delivery was to be Friday last week. Now told additional 2/3 days.
Min 4 days production lost at a time when everything is Critcal.
Forget these guys.

Many thanks for your review which only part of is correct.
Friday was a Bank Holiday so that was never going to happen.
The delay as i am sure you will understand has a lot to do with the current situation in the UK.
We did contact your company and the lady we spoke to was very understanding of the situation.

Sometimes we can not help when we are at the mercy of others (couriers) to get the product to you.

I apologise for the delay, but with Bank holiday and the courier issue, it was very unfortunate. Infact, we have made a massive loss to get it to you as quick as we have.
