Fantastic. Everyone was very nice and t-shirts were great quality.

Ordered 7 T-shirts and 2 jumpers, was told would only take a week at the most but never arrived. Tried calling and messaging but no answer until I used someone else’s phone then got immediate answer. Business cards took even longer and are not what I expected. If I could use no stars I would. Still waiting for 3 replacement T-shirts but get same excuse that there waiting from supplier. (Get a new one) don’t think I will even get them after his review.

Ordered couple of t shirts 7 weeks ago. Refusing to answer emails or update me in any. Avoid at all cost.

Zero customer service, terrible quality products.
As soon as they received payment, they gone silent. I was told my order will be delivered in 3-4 days but it took almost 1 month with a few items missing and still not cleared since the 16th of May.
The items received are poor quality and not as promised, the print fades after the first wash I've had many complaints about quality.
The embroidery servicr is terrible.
I wanted to talk to them about it, but they're ignoring my calls and not returning my emails.
I would recommend to stay away from these clowns.
They are wasting my time and money and they will waste your time too along with your money.

Absolutely terrible service, printed all my tees at the last minute, obviously rushed it because the poor excuse for DTG printing is barely visible, and they used a different colour. Also got sizing wrong, then refused to answer any calls or respond to emails after they delivered the product. Promised images beforehand but never received it, so would absolutely not recommend.

Just the best experience ever. A strange thing to say about panic-ordering 4 personalised T-shirt's to surprise a friend, but Jacquie made everything so easy. I put my 'need immediately' request on a larger site and within minutes she had called me to see if she could help. She sent a mock-up of the design for me to approve, and then went above and beyond to ensure I could get them in time. And all of this even though I was just ordering 4 shirts! And they were less expensive than on other 24 hour sites.

And the shirts themselves are fantastic! Definitely good quality, with a great feel and a wonderful design. Couldn't be happier.

I have had a terrible experience with this company when it comes to communication and delivery. Multiple times in the past I have written multiple messages practically begging for a response and never received one until much later. there was always an excuse as to why they delivered it late and I was told at multiple locations that they would come and drop off my products and wouldn't show up that day. there was a time when they showed up unannounced at 3 am in the morning. I have expressed on multiple locations how as the time goes by the ink was decreasing and the white would come looking faded and almost grey but always received excuses instead. Even though they will get the job done I am disappointed in how they promote their fast delivery even though it took them over a month to hand over my packages. on multiple occasions, they claimed they had shipped it out although they ended up bringing it to me in hand a month later meaning they hadn't shipped it out. There are always excuses for their actions and I hadn't left their services because I was promised time after time it was coming in a couple of days and I ended up losing multiple orders and had to refind multiple orders because of the LACK of communication and bad service. I had asked on multiple occasions for them to send me a picture of the product before shipping it out in case there was a mistake with the product although they would always ship it without even telling me and it would never be all the products they would only ship half and claim the other half will come soon even though it never did. Overall I am disappointed with the communication skills and how I was left in the dark multiple times and their delivery time as well.

The service and quality of the t-shirts was amazing! It was completed in such a short time. I have recommended this business to a few of my friends. I will definitely be back!

Good quality print, nicely packaged, good reply time for any enquiries and overall good company to get designs printed. Did come a little late but it was due to Royal Mail but definitely going to use again.
