A customer approached me about doing custom chocolate boxes, but the timeline was tight. I spoke to Kyle about their project, and he assured me it would be absolutely no problem to have the boxes in hand by July 1. I scheduled staff to assemble, fill and seal the boxes, but ended up having to cancel their shifts because I did not have the boxes. They arrived tow days after they were supposed to. Long story short, it was only a partial shipment, the rest had been rejected by QC. Except Kyle didn't tell me that. I found out when opening the curiously small box that it was only about 2/3 of my boxes. Panicked email sent, Kyle was very unbothered by the situation, if quality control rejects a job, what's to be done. Promises promises that the rest would be shipped soon. After several emails, I finally got tracking information, THE DAY they were out for delivery. Another incomplete shipment, also not disclosed to me ahead of time. More panic. Not to worry, Kyle assured me they were monitoring the situation. Great. I did finally receive the final shipment two days before we had to deliver so spent the weekend assembling and filling the boxes. It was so stressful.

The product was okay. The boxes were nice, but because I had received three different runs, they weren't all the exact same colour.

To be fair, I think the company itself might be okay, and that Kyle was the problem. Although, if it takes a printing company three runs to complete an order, I'm not going to roll the dice with another of their salespeople.

Buyer beware - boxes are made overseas and are nowhere near the specifications and quality promised by Printingblue.

Material was so think and bad, thousands of folding cartons couldn't be opened. PB solution: "fold each one over by hand on the perforation to make it stand up properly".

Terrible customer support and even worse products.

We use Printing Blue for printed boxes and the quick and helpful service is extremely useful for us and our customers, we have had minor issues with deliveries, but Lisa Martin has been particularly helpful with getting the required info over to us efficiently. I've been ordering custom print products from Printing blue for a couple of years. Their staff is always professional and attentive to details. I'm looking forward to continued business with them.

Where do I start. Very expensive. Good print - yes my box looked pretty. I paid a lot of money. Still no idea why I was sent 3 boxes when all along I asked for 1. The box although pretty will struggle to hold the weight which I am putting into it. I have bought 5 sheets of double skin cardboard so that one sheet can support the bottom. I will use plenty of gaffer tape along the sides. Pretty upset all round.
And finally I needed to pay through my fee a fortune to get my box via DHL from Pakistan to return to me in the UK. Madness! We all know the multiple stops needed by that courier's planes. Despite that it didn't take long at all for the BOXES to get to me. A ridiculous full roll of sellotape must have been used and around the 3 thin boxes was horrible polystyrene which of course went everywhere.
