If customer service is important to you, don't use them

Paid for the book to be printed and they said it'd arrive before Christmas. It didn't. When it came, there was no front cover. I emailed them about this and sent pictures - they said they'd send another book. It has been a month and I haven't received the amended book. Now they won't reply to my emails.

Customer service for book printing is extremely important and if you want a reliable service for printing something you've put time and effort in, don't order with these people.
