I have had a problem with quality…
I have had a problem with quality issues after receiving my photo book, emailing backwards and forwards for over a month, Printapix are just NOT willing to make it right even after Joey from Printapix answered with an apology email saying they had sent me a link to puts things right?!
PLEASE note, no email link was sent, this is all a front to make readers think they care!
IS JOEY an actual person i ask myself, how can a company behave so badly and take peoples money for rubbish in return????
