So easy to create and order. Received items very quickly.

So so so disappointed!!!! I ordered clear tape with white lettering and the white "bled" all over the place. You could see the lettering from the previous pull of the tape. It is as if the ink didn't dry. I was using this tape for both packing boxes but also for branding my product. I spent greater that $250 for an insane amount of tape that is completely worthless. I will never use this company again.

Excellent quality and color matching on custom designs. I love my notepads made from my own watercolor designs. Print Runner ships soon after ordering. Prices are best compared to others I looked into.

You get what you pay for. There is a reason this site is so cheap. Ordered outdoor vinyl stickers. There were white, fuzzy, rubbed of cut lines on every sticker. The paint scratched right off and it ran in the rain.

I hate to leave 2 stars feedback but I ordered stickers and the first time didn't came out centered. they printed them again and it was the same problem..the other 2 items I printed with them was great.

I ordered three items for an event. They were ordered almost a month before the event. Two items arrived quickly. One did not. I call about ten days before the event to ask if there was anything they could do. It looked like the item was stuck somewhere and had been there for almost two weeks. I was assured by customer service that it would arrive the next Monday. When it didn't arrive, I called customer service again. They said they would print the item and send it and it would arrive Thursday. The item arrived Friday after our conference ended.

Print runner did a fantastic job! The banner I ordered turned out exactly as I designed it. Excellent quality and it was delivered ahead of schedule. I highly recommend and will order from them again in the future.

The first time I ordered 5000 tags at a time and they were perfect. The second time I ordered the same qty of the same hang tag and they are uncentered and the holes are extremely rough and not cleanly cut. Not very happy about having to use these for the next year…

Most importantly, the price for quality custom-sized prints was incredible compared to every other place I looked. Like by a lot. Like maybe they’ll change it, but hopefully they’ll lead the way. Second, it showed up a day earlier than originally promised. Will use again.

This order was supposed to replace my first order for these labels. I can't peel the lables because they aren't scored on the back. I was told that these replacement labels would be scored for easy use.

We paid to expedite and got our items 2 days later that we paid the extra for. Customer support was not helpful in working to get the items on time. It doesn't help the the quality of the items are poor.

The option to review the mock-up print before officially submitting for print is great. I probably altered mine 3 times before the final submission and the process was so easy. The prints also turned out exactly as advertised, no misalignments at all.

The first print run had 2 errors. It was quickly resolved and reprinted. They still met our deadline. Super happy with the reprint.

The staff at Printrunner is excellent. I received my retractable banner, and love it. I was worried if it would arrive in time and it arrived one day earlier than expected. My experience with printrunner over the years has always been great and will continue to order from you. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience with them. I ordered 5,000 flyers. When they came, the image on top was not centered. I wrote to tell them and we had some messages and pictures back and forth, but they ultimately told me it was "within their facility tolerances" to be off center because sometimes the "trims may shift when they are cutting". An absolutely unacceptable answer. Mind you, the image I sent them was completely centered and in the safe zone. They are local to me and a small business like me, so I'm so disappointed in their response and lack of fixing their error. I now have 5,000 flyers (that cost me almost $500) that I cannot present to potential clients. 0 out of 10, would not recommend to anyone.
