For the first time ever the company let…
For the first time ever the company let me down. You had issues and it delayed my delivery by over a week which meant a time sensitive article was missed. You also did not tell me or should I say your delivery people did not tell me when it was arriving. I usually get an email the day before and then on the day with a specific hour. This time nothing, it was pure luck that we were in.
Like I say this is the first time I have been let down. The end product is excellent as usual. Steve
