Such an easy transaction... Sent the guys at PrintWise my scribbled idea, got my first draft, couple of alterations later and my carbonated receipts arrived a week later... Excellent service, will definitely be using them on the next batch... Great service

Printwise is a 'no nonsense' company - everything is achieved with a solid sense of professionalism - minor adjustments are offered / suggested from their wealth of experience and have, in my experience, never failed to achieve my orders on the agreed date.
I would most certainly recommend them to any business wishing to develop....

Not good
The original proof for our invoices was very poor with mistakes. Could not reply to their email but no problem with any other email address. Rang and explained what I wanted them to do to improve the proof and they insisted they send a second one, I never received it. Gave up and asked for money back. They were a awkward at first but in the end refunded me in full. Not a good experience.

You ordered on 21st September 2018 and we emailed you a proof that same day.
You responded to the proof on 24th September 2018 and we emailed you a 2nd proof that same day.
Unfortunately due to human error on this particular occasion, the 2nd proof we emailed you was the incorrect file.
Next communication from you was a voicemail over the weekend on Saturday 29th September 2018.
Our business is closed over the weekend.
We do apologise for not calling you on the Monday morning of 29th September
You then called us on Monday 29th September to cancel your order and demand a full refund.
We refunded you in full that same day.
Once again we are disappointed as we genuinely strive to provide an excellent service. We would love the opportunity to work with you in the future.
