Very poor quality, grainny, scratched, not worth 55$. Not sure if this is just a poor item or a quality control issue. But very disappointed.

Pros: The plaque was as described and looked great. Cons: The $9.99 stand you have to buy to show it off is so cheap looking. It is a 50c piece of particle board and detracts from the overall gift.... See more
Slow as molasses in January. Ordered on February 2nd after falling for a Valentine's Day ad like many others who have reviewed. Got in touch with customer services who informed me that they simply... See more
Nothing like pictures, manufacturing defect. Text off center looking very silly. Really bad quality plastic for amount paid and stand is flimsy and probably will fall over if you breath on it.... See more

Been two months and still have not gotten my package and they won't respond
BEWARE - Arrived bubbly, Peels Off, Scam Company
Arrived bubbly, backing peeled off, and support never replies. Complete ripoff. They are located at 3000 Old Alabama Rd. Alpharetta, GA 30022 which is a Kroger grocery store plaza. This company needs to be shut down.
Crap product, complete false advertising
Valentine’s Day promotion turned into Late February gift. The item is cheap, the base doesn’t hold the item and they don’t put your location on it.
Company response: “The map can only show the area surrounding the address.
Our location map only intends to show the general area of the location and not exactly the place.
We haven't heard this issue from other customers regarding the stand, so not sure how this happened.
We recommend either using double sided tape or duct tape to tape it down. Or, it could be leaned against a wall.”
They suggested duct tape to fix the crappy product. They responded as I quoted the 7 day policy but refused to send a return label.
Total fvcking scam
I never received my item, customer service had not responded, and I had fraudulent charges on my card after reporting the item as never received.
Don't waste your time or money with them.
Map doesn't even show the restaurant…
Expected to receive a plaque that looks like the ones they advertise on their product listing and mine arrived without the location on the map even showing! At least put a map pin or something at the location if you can't show the name of the restaurant... but instead it's just a 100 block generic map of Midtown Manhattan that includes hundreds of businesses but doesn't even show the restaurant I entered. The plaque's and stand also look incredibly cheap in person for the price they charge. Ordered a "Valentines Day" promotion and then it didn't arrive until 9 days after Valentine's Day... so waited patiently for a late gift only to have it show up and not even have the restaurant on the map! I even offered to send them a map myself to make sure it includes the restaurant because who wants a 100 block map of Manhattan that shows 100's of other businesses but NOT THE ONE I entered? Customer service is non-existent and just continues replying a copy & paste response that doesn't address the issue. Terrible experience all around.
Worst experience
Worst experience. The plaque was late with no apology. They sign you up for monthly subscriptions without authorization. This company is fraudulent.
Scammers, false advertisement
What a joke of a company. How this company is even still up is a bloody joke.
Bought their crappy map on 5th February 2023 and paid for express shipping, but it is still stuck in the US. Seriously could've bought this from some Chinese reseller instead.
I have low hopes for the product to arrive in good condition or to standards.
Hope they go out of business and get sued because they deserve it seriously.
If you are reading this after seeing one of their ads on Facebook or Instagram stay far away from these scammers because you can literally buy the same product off from a wholesale reseller in China.
Watch your bank account, they steal your card information and sign you up for fraudulent subscriptions.
I received the product on the 06/03/2023, 1 month even with express shipping. The product arrived and IT WASN'T EVEN WHAT I REQUESTED FOR. THE WRONG NAME, DATE AND PLACE. HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO GET SOMETHING RIGHT, YOU ALREADY BOTCHED THE SHIPPING TIME AND NOW YOU BOTCH THE PRODUCT, I HOPE THE BUSINESS CRUMBLES AND BE IN SERIOUS DEBT. BUNCH OF SCAMMING LOW LIVES.

Print Your Places should learn how to print your places
Was told items would come in before Valentine’s Day but they came in on Feb 25th with the incorrect address printed on the map but the correct location printed in text. Refund not permitted. If you have a good CC company you will be refunded immediately. They’re known for being unprofessional bozos. You can get the same thing off Etsy for less. The quality and timing is beneath elementary. Items were missing. Communication with them is so frustratingly slow and demeaning you might as well hang out at the DMV for the day while drinking saltwater on a hot day. Seek other businesses that appreciate the value of human memory. Print your places should learn how to print your places.
Scam
Scam. Product is literally a piece of plastic with a google maps cutout stuck to it. Product arrived damages and over a week late after I paid for express. Outrageous price for the product. Hope some sues them.
Missed Valentine's Day by a…
Missed Valentine's Day by a mile. I saw an ad for cute plaque on maybe the 9th of Feb and put an order in hoping it would make it, based on their claim of shipping in 1-3 days. I think I paid for fast shipping (which I think was supposed to be UPS) but they used some UPS hybrid service ("UPS mail innovations") that actually ships via the US Postal Service, which doesn't work well well for the address I was shipping to (think: mail slots), and which more importantly doesn't let you intercept or redirect packages). So now the package is sitting on the porch of a vacation house 500 miles away and AFAICT they didn't ship until 2/18. Total mess. I won't use them again.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING AT THIS ''COMPANY''.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING AT THIS ''COMPANY''.
Where to start? After my order, placed on the 8th of February 2023 and where I paid 7 dollar extra for express printing, it took 1 WEEK (!!) before UPS received the order information.
Based on this, I wanted to cancel the order. They replied that this had to be done within 12 hours after the order. How can you state this if the first update is one week later?!!
The reply of the people working at this ''company'' is always the same. If they deduct the money from my creditcard I will take Legal actions.
Absolute Scam
Absolute Scam. I wish I would have read these before I spent $50 on this. I paid extra for expedited to make it by valentines day and it is a week past and it's still not here. What a scam.
This is the absolute worst company
This is the absolute worst company, nothing but a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM... Horrible customer service. And do not give what they advertise.
Poor Service Considering the Prices
Very poor costumer service. Don't trust the reviews on their website. Expected the delivery before Valentine's Day. This company is in the US, don't trust their overseas delivery times.
Not only that, the map shows all the restaurants around the address except the one I've been on my first date hahaha They delivered on a bubble plastic wrap, not even a nice package for gifting. Such a waste of money, considering the price is in US dollars + Delivery.
I’m just disappointed
I’m just disappointed. They put the wrong address for the maps. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response. This would have been a nice gift but now it’s just a disappointment. I feel like I’ve wasted my money.
Terrible.map of my house not location of date
Terrible.
I supplied the location: (address of 1st date).
Under adress I put my shipping address as it appeared to ask for.
They shipped me a nice plaque that read the location of our date, with address (so it was clear) but the map was of my home address.
I sent a picture per request and then then replied saying I gave my home address as THE address so nothing they can do.
I know have a dumb plaque and keychain.
They could care less and made it my fault.
Wish I would have read reviews such a…
Wish I would have read reviews such a cheap looking piece shows the place for the first date with a map of my current address 😒
Cheap/Late/Wrong/No accountability
Paid extra for express and it came late. Once it did come it was wrong. Emailed the support/refund email address given several times with no response. Product is on cheap plastic.
Customer Support is Nonexistent
To keep it simple 1) plaque came broken in the mail and 2) customer support is nonexistent. The website provides a support email which they never reply to (haven’t heard back for 2 weeks).
