Extra Insurance costs before delivering a parcel

Hi there, Do you charge an extra amount for Insurance?
I’ve receian email asking me for an extra 140.00?
Which would be refunded to me at the time of delivery??
Can you please let me know asap, I think I have been conned tbh

I almost got scammed!

So they wanted me to pay an additional package 250$ “to ensure it arrives to me safely” and asked me to pay using PayPal “friends and family” which anyone that has used PayPal knows it a known scamming tactic. They said (which I have proof) is there policy to receive payment that way. After that the individual became extremely unprofessional. Tell me, what reputable shipping company like, FedEx or UPS would ask to pay with PayPal “friends and family”?

Tracking Problem

I had experienced a problem tracking an item that had been dispatched by the supplier. The tracking number and link that they provided was wrong, taking me to a site in America.

I emailed APC for their help, and was highly impressed with the efforts that they made, in order to resolve the issue, even though it was not in any way their fault.

I'm highly impressed - many thanks.

Great customer service

Its nice to be able to speak to someone straight away and find out where the package is. Ben from the Bristol depot chased where the package was and rang me back with an update.

Its great to know there is still great customer service out there. Thanks guys. Absolute legends.

Absolutely brilliant

Absolutely brilliant. We had been let down by another courier with a late delivery and had to get a consignment from Bristol to the Midlands urgently, during a post office strike which meant we couldn't simply forward it that way. They got the call at 5pm on a Thursday, collected the parcel at 5.45 that same evening and it was at its destination before midday the next day. They couldn't have been more helfpul.

Excellent Service

From start to finish Priority Express have been absolutely great to deal with. All the guys have been so helpful, keeping us informed every step of the way with such a large project. With 100% success delivery rate, you can not ask for anyone better to deal with other than Priority Express - they will be the only courier we use from now on!

Brilliant service today

Brilliant service today. My wife and I missed a delivery as we were in the garden.
One phone call to the Bristol office and an extremely helpful man contacted the driver who redelivered the item all within 30 minutes!

Left part of my luggage in Cornwall and in this digital age it was not immediately easy to find someone who would provide a personalised service to fulfil my requirements. Priority Express exceeded my expectations in every way and I was quickly reunited with my luggage. First class

Great Customer Service and Collections Driver

We are using Priority Express for our next business day deliveries and to handle our fragile, oversize, liquid and limited quantity orders.

Priority Express themselves have been fantastic, our calls and queries are answered promptly, and they've been great helping us understand their systems and procedures. Their hypaship system makes booking on deliveries easy, and we and customers get delivery updates.

Our collection driver could not be better, prompt, friendly and helpful!

Their rates are competitive and their invoicing is very clear and broken down per consignment.

We have had a few minor issues with remote, non Priority Express depots (APC network) missing delivery times, but Priority Express themselves have always chased these for us and resolved, Excellent!

If you are a business, I would recommend them.

Wanted a Moses Basket and other items…

Wanted a Moses Basket and other items delivered fairly quickly Bristol to Manchester.
After an initial conversation, was advised that I box items up and take to depot(5mins from home).
To cut a short story shorter, the fellow at the depot(off Albert Road) was friendly, courteous&helpful.
It was delivered the very next morning,box intact and grandaughter happy!
5stars no problem.

Excellent service!

Excellent service! While waiting for my parcel to arrive I called the guys at Priority Express to get a better idea as to when it would come, and was horrified to find out I had already missed the driver- after explaining my purchase was for a wedding the very next day, the lovely young man on the telephone told me not to worry, he would call the driver and do everything he could to get him back to me later that day. This was an extremely stressful situation, and what could have been a potential disaster was avoided all thanks to very kind and polite driver coming back and the really helpful young man in the office- (I think his name was wayne?!) really put my mind at ease, and with the strain of everything going on, that kind of help and attitude was fantastic- the way this company go out their way to help is far more than most companies would do. Highly recommend using this service and will definitely use them again!

Used to be a good company.

I have used Priority Express in Bristol for several years, and they always used to be reliable in my experience. but over the last year they have badly damaged two of my parcels, bending the stiff flat packs completely over, in half. This was despite paying a small surcharge for their "fragile" service!

A great pity, as the Bristol van drivers are very nice, but somewhere along the line there is a worrying lack of care.
