I started my journey on Tuesday and…

I started my journey on Tuesday and everything was great. On Wednesday I was very nauseous and took the medication you sent. It worked perfectly for 3 hours and then the nausea returned. Any suggestions?

PriorityMads. No feed back, or support, medication doesn't work.

The staff of Prioritymeds doesn't answer questions no matter how many times time they are asked. The medication doesn't work at all.
I had previously experience with GLP1 with B2 and I lost 47 lbs with that medication. When I could no longer afford the former medication, I switched to Priority Meds GLP/B12 ,along with three other friends. that had previously been on GLP1/B12.
Instead of losing weight, I have gained 19lbs in three weeks on Prioritymeds. I have had no decreased appetite or have any experienced any nausea like I did with the previous GLP1/B12s.
The customer service is awful, they don't return messages even, when people have been hospitalized. I have been asking for my money back since they lied to me, the first doses are the non effective vitamin water. They don't check on their patients, answer their questions, or make sure the patients are being treated safely. I would like my money back so I can get on a GLP1 medication program that actually works and has medical follow up. Priority Meds should be avoided at all cost. It is impossible to reach Priority Meds, letters, emails, phone calls and/or messages from their doctor or portal are ignored and gettiing a hold of a customer service representative, doctor, nurse, or pharmacist is impossible
Save your health and your money,and go somewhere else where the Healthcare providers and staff will listen to your Healthcare questions and prescribe you medications that actually work and the company cares about your health.
There are many professional GLP1 providers that actually care for their patients and their well being. Unfortunately, PriorityMEDs provides substandard health care and customer care.
As I stated, the medication doesn't work, and the company doesn't answer questions about their medications, their programs or patient safety.
I have been trying to get my money refunded for months because the medication doesn't work and the staff doesn't bother the answer patients questions.
Be safe and go to a doctor that will answer your questions, help titrarate your medication, and be a partner in your weight loss journey. You deserve better that a company you only hear from is when they want more money.
I have been telling them for months that the medication isn't working, I would like to be reimbursed and they have my money refunded.

Prioritymeds likes to cancel negative reviews, but this reviews meets their quality guidelines.

Not working and chronic constipation

When I signed up to receive semaglutide every 3 months i was told and charged $343.97. Now I am being told that my 3 month subscription is $443.97 starting in July. Beware, they will not charge you what they tell you when trying to get you to sign up. Also, been using the shots for 3 weeks. No weight loss at all and have chronic constipation. Take Miralax daily without success. Had to 2 enemas in 3 weeks, which is the only time I have passed anything. THE MESSAGE BELOW IS UNTRUE. I HAVE SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH THESE PEOPLE ON THE CUSTOMER PORTAL. EVERYTHING I HAVE SAID HERE IS TRUE.

Cost not as promised

When I first opened your website, I completed the information as requested. At that time, I did not commit to any purchases. I then received a phone call from an associate. I was told that he noticed that I did not complete my application and asked what he can do to help me. I discussed that I had been looking at several companies marketing tirzepatide. He encouraged me to try Prioritymeds and remarked that for the first year, there would be a discount. I agreed, paid the cost for 3 months and did see the discount as promised. But I did notice a price increase for future refills. I enquired about this with customer service and was told it was only a one time offer, and the discount is not offered beyond the initial prescription. Needless to say, I'm disappointed by the communicated discount only to find out, it was limited. I did received the medication as prescribed and am only a the 2nd week. I don't expect immediate results, but so far I have not experienced any negative side effects.

No Follow up for pre-paid prescriptions

The only complaint that I have is that I have to follow up with my 3 month renewal for my pre-paid prescription. I switched to this company since they were cheaper from the last company, but the last company contacted me before my medicine was needed to make sure that they did the follow up and got my medicine on time, so I had no interruptions in my medicine. With Priority meds, I have to contact them thru a chat and ask where is my prescription. Sometimes they are on it timely, this time I am out of medicine and waiting for my refill. I had to contact them and wait for someone to check to see what was going on, they finally got it straightened out, but It would seem that if they taking your money up front, they should at least follow up with you when your prescription is due, not wait for me to follow up.

BEWARE of this company

Monday May 4th I went through all the questions to be able to get a GLP1 injection med. It came to the part where you have to pay and I did. After payment was taken there was another medical form and I was asked to upload a prescription with my name on it. I don't have a prescription! This is the site that came up on top when I asked for a company who can send these drugs without a prescription. Needless to say they charged my card $641.00 dollars and all I can reach is their AI "person" on the phone. They claim a "ticket" has been created to get me a refund and someone would contact me, that was 4 days ago! I've called repeatedly and only get AI responses. I want my money back! I've heard nothing from anyone and I'm not a wealthy person, don't have insurance or a regular Dr. BEWARE, do NOT use this company!

I have been using another company that…

I have been using another company that charges twice as much as Priority Meds. It is the exact same product for half the costs. In my experience with better customer service and professionalism. I just started my journey with Priority meds but so far I have been extremely happy. Thank you for making this easy.

Prioritymeds Makes it Easy

Prioritymeds makes it easy to keep up with my weight loss journey. They send reminders that keep me on track when I am juggling multiple daily work and family issues and they keep the renewal requirement paperwork to a minimum.

They won't respond to correct a big problem No commuication. Shipped without approval and not in the country to receive. No one reponds to Chat or a text number they have contacted me on before.
