Rocky start - quality service

Great support, sadly some beakdowns in service and loss of data.

I must stress that it’s my conviction that these issues has been resolved as you switched your providers as data centres.

I now trust this service.

slow and incompetent

Been waiting 4 days for a simple dedicated IP port change with no reply or anything. my ticket was closed and was met with attitude from support claiming "we have legit been responding" when they hadn't. They rely heavily on AI support, which is completely unhelpful for anything beyond the most basic questions.

Randomly banned for no reason

Update since Prism responded instead of actually addressing the issue:

My Discord username is skryptio. I was in your Discord server. I had a ticket. That ticket was closed, and my account skryptio was then banned from PrismNodes, which conveniently prevents me from responding or asking why.

Claiming you "can't find a record" of me while banning the exact account I'm naming here is either careless or dishonest. If I was never a member, you wouldn't have needed to ban me.

I was not advertising my hosting service in your Discord. If you believe I broke a rule, no evidence was shown, no warning was given, and no explanation was provided. Just a silent ban.

Now your escalating this by accusing me of impersonation, harassment, and running a coordinated review campaign instead of acknowledging that your Discord moderation and support handling were dishonest. That says more about how criticism is handled than anything else.
This update exists to make it clear:
- My Discord username was skryptio
- My ticket was closed
- I was banned afterward

Your welcome to check your Discord logs instead of pretending this never happened.

Incredibly fast and helpful support

I opened a ticket regarding some suspicious console logs (connection errors) that were worrying me. Noah from the support team responded literally within 1 minute. He immediately reassured me that the server was safe and even offered to block the specific IPs for me.

It's rare to see such a quick turnaround time and clear communication. Highly recommended for their efficiency and customer service.

Bought a server on the 3rd and ngl I kind of didn't expect it to be smooth since I was on a budget and bought the basic tier instead of the premium one. My little 6GB server somehow held 40 players on my smp. This is literally dark magic.

BEST HOSTING SERVER EVER

This hosting service has been the best I’ve used so far, outperforming four other providers in both performance and uptime. In the past two months, I’ve experienced less than six hours of total downtime, which is exceptional for a shared hosting environment. Support responses are impressively fast even a low priority ticket I submitted was resolved in under 15 minutes. While the base pricing is slightly higher, the frequent discount codes available through their Discord make it very affordable. I’ve also seen a few negative one-star reviews that appear to be fake. Based on my experience, Prism Nodes delivers reliable, high-quality service and consistently strong customer support.
