⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience and No Resolution
I ordered a pair of trainers from PristineFits UK and unfortunately never received them. Royal Mail’s tracking only shows a generic “delivered” status, but there is no proof of delivery to me or anyone at my address. I checked with neighbours and confirmed that no one signed for or accepted the parcel.
Despite explaining this to PristineFits UK and referencing my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which state that the seller is responsible for ensuring safe delivery to the customer), I’ve had no success in obtaining a refund or replacement.
Their communication has been polite but unhelpful — they continue to insist that “tracking shows delivery,” without providing any evidence that the parcel reached me.
I’ve now had to consider a chargeback and contacting Trading Standards, which is disappointing for what should have been a simple purchase.
I’m sharing this review so that other customers are aware of my experience and can be cautious when ordering. I hope PristineFits UK improves their handling of lost parcel claims and customer care in the future.

Hi Kurt, we've provided multiple proofs, including photos and signature confirmation, showing your neighbor (who lives next door) received your parcel. This was because your Royal Mail settings allowed for this, based on your tracking number. (You can disable this feature in the future.) We've offered to provide evidence to support a police report, as you've indicated your neighbor doesn't have the parcel, despite our evidence showing they do. Here at Pristinefits, we have a great process for handling lost and stolen parcels, and we've successfully assisted numerous customers. We're confident we'll win the chargeback case with the bank, given the evidence that you have received your parcel.
