They immediately took my credit card info and placed the order without my consent. They must have cherry picked the high star ratings because they do not live up to their hype. Still got spam and didn't find out they had charged my credit card till three days later. Stay far away from these scammers.

Can't get into my account or find any support for my account. The Google login does not work... and when you use the OTP, it says "Failed to send email." It's like a blackhole...seemed like there was a lot of activity at the beginning of the subscription. Now I send them money and there is no response to my request to manage my account... can't cancel, check on it... nothing. Sent a request last month, this month... they acknowledge receipt and then just never answer.

My identity was used to purchase privacyon.com there has been numerous charges of $9.99 i have e-mailed a copy of the charges to there email address in reference for a refund and no one has reached out to me. I would appreciate if someone can get back to me please. Thank you Michele.

I have tried multiple times through email to cancel my subscription with no response and they continue to charge me. I've called the phone number on their website and there's a recording that says they don't have phone support and to send them an email and they'll respond in 24 hours. I've been trying unsuccessfully for 3 months. When I try to log into my account it says my email is not associated with an account - I'm at a loss for what else to do except cancel my credit card this account is associated with. I do not recommend this site at all. I still continue to receive spam calls and emails.

I have been a customer for a couple years. Last month I got an email asking me to log in to the site to update my information. SSN etc. Thought that was odd. Tried to reach out and ask if the email was legitimate. Sent a couple of emails. No response. Figured it was fraud. Lifelock had a huge breach last year. Received another email today asking me to do the same. Sent another email. No response. I have not received any updates or info other than this second email. I'm paying for a service that is utterly non responsive. No telephone #. No contact no nothing.

This company has done a great job watching my back and letting me know of.data breaches. Thank you.

This is a generated software. You get no response to e-mails, EVEN after you located your info on 3 different websites after...... 1 minute search. I had this for 2 years....hoping they'd get better. NOT!!!!!
What was I paying for? Wasted $59 a year for 2 years. Thought they'd get better. Giving up on this !!!!
