A "privacy first" service offered by unreliable...

A "privacy first" service offered by people who are completely unreliable. I got hooked with their marketing sales points, sadly. Within first 48 hours they lied to me multiple times, made false promises, kept misleading me. Their dishonesty caused actual damage in my business. For the recored, I never even received the dedicated server I paid for and was promised to have delivered multiple times.
The service attitude boils down to arrogant "there's high demand for servers, we don't need to treat clients with respect, there are other who'll pay". Absolutely disgusting level of hubris.
