I'm satisfied but there's room for improvement.
I'm definitely satisfied, this being the first time I self-order labs. Always room for improvement. I would have liked to have received an estimate of how long all test results would be in by. And the first time i booked a lab there was an issue at the lab location and I had to reschedule. I couldn't talk to anyone there so that was inconvenient because I had already planned for the draw , fasted, woken up early, everything.
