Easy as can be

Easy as can be. I pick the tests I want, book the appointment at the same time, go to Quest who already has all the info and get the tests done. Results start coming in as they are available the same night!

Simple to use and fast results

Love using private md labs. The process is so simple and the price is so much cheaper than going to the doctors office. Site is easy to navigate and I love being able to see trends over time.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, ive used them before and it was great but not so much this time. i ordered labs, i wanted to change the time. So i did, for some reason it didnt go through, md labs offered to schedule it for me, they said they has 2 time slots so i told them which time slot. Md labs texted me back and said that time is taken but gave me a link to choose a time. When i went to the link they still had the time i wanted available but md labs said they didnt, so i told md labs to just cancel my labs and ill rebook it. so they asked if i wanted them to put the money on my account, i said no, so they ignored what i told them to do, texted me back and said your labs are still active just choose another appointment and said where here to help let me know if i can do anything for you. So i texted back and said i want you to do what i told you to do and i told them to please dont play games. So then about 15 minutes later they texted me back telling me the same thing and added if you want us to cancel the labs just let us know. i'm like i already did let you know. So not happy, ill be looking to see if their are other companies i can use.

First, appointment availability is managed by the laboratory, and time slots can change in real time. That may explain why a time appeared available through one system but not another. However, that doesn't excuse the confusing information you received.

More importantly, you clearly asked us to cancel your order, and based on what you've described, our support team continued offering alternatives instead of acting on your request. You shouldn't have to repeat yourself multiple times to get a simple request handled.

We take this kind of feedback seriously because it helps us identify where our processes, including our automated support, need improvement. Our goal is to make things easier for customers, not create additional work for them.

While I know this matter has been handled and closed already if there's a next time, please contact our support team and ask for a supervisor to review the conversation and confirm the status of your cancellation and refund. We discovered the issue after we investigated why your instructions weren't followed and corrected the underlying issue so it doesn't happen again.

I appreciate the business you've given us in the past and would welcome the opportunity to earn back your trust.

Most Accessible Self Ordered Test Near Me

It is more accessible than going direct through LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics but about the same price depending on the blood test ordered. Still seems ridiculous in 2026 I can’t have this done at a CVS or Walgreens and get instant results.
The state of “healthcare” in the US is royally forked.
