I’ve been using PrivateProxy.me for a…

I’ve been using PrivateProxy.me for a few months now, and honestly, I’m impressed. The proxies are fast, stable, and work perfectly for my needs (mainly scraping and accessing geo-blocked content).

What I really liked was the pricing—it’s way cheaper than a lot of other providers I’ve tried, and the quality is still top-notch. No random disconnections or speed drops.

been using these guys for over 2 years i guess
And the service is great. what i actually like about is the least downtime for proxies. most platforms i have tried have weeks and weeks of downtime but these guys offer great speed and probably once in a while downtime

Excellent service and support

Honestly after 3 years i had hoped the…

Honestly after 3 years i had hoped the quality of the service would have been the same, but the proxies has gotten a lot more unstable and the prices are not reflecting that at all, as you get fraud marked ips with 5 dollar price tag while competitors gives you clean proxies for 2 dollars.. So yea not the best anymore by a long short sadly and the support is good still they are very helpful but annoying i have to spend so much time troubleshooting proxies

We regret to hear about such an experience. We strive to primarily provide proxies that would work perfectly for the exact purposes that our clients require. According to our experience, fraud scores and other 3-rd party indicators do not always correspond to the actual quality of the proxy for a specific purpose or use case the client needs them for. That's why we always prefer to chat with the customer directly if there are any doubts or concerns and manually provide the proxies according to his use case. We have special technology and proprietary checkers in place that identify the best proxies from our pool according to the most popular use cases. Moreover, we do our best to incentivize the clients to use the target website/service as the main indicator of quality, not the 3-rd party databases that are quite often outdated or not informative. Having said that, we are always eager to listen to the customer's requests and if there is a specific requirement for a specific fraud score or a specific indication in a specific database, we can always find and provide the appropriate proxy. Luckily, our pool is big enough and there is a lot to choose from by our experienced support team. I understand that dealing with support might be more annoying than getting the ideal proxy straightaway and we always strive to provide the best possible proxy according to the use case automatically, but because there are so many use cases we provide solutions for, sometimes additional customization through support is the best way forward. Unfortunately in the proxy business, there is usually no "one size fits all" solution.

As to the pricing, our business model includes a lot of discounts for various categories of clients, limited promotions, special offers, price matching, etc. To be able to run such a model the base price cannot be too low. However, every potential client is always welcome to ask for a discount coupon or a price matching through the online chat or any other communication channel or simply wait till another promotion starts running (it's better to ask and not wait though).

Today, I have tried to set up a proxy on my mobile with almost every huge provider you might know, and no one could help. These guys have the best service I faced today. They helped me to setup the proxy on my mobile, configured everything and checked if that works fine. There's 2 days trial, give these guys a shot and you won't regret.
