Am disappointed! Order a fridge freezer off Hotpoint on here and took measurements to make sure it's able to fit it's does with extra room ( upstairs to my 2ndfloor flat ) they turned up told me there unable to deliver as wouldn't fit ! Dispite there being massive room ! Didn't even try just didn't want to take it ups stairs! And left !! The service when called was discussing there rude and horrible now left with no fridge freezer with young child at home ! Very disappointed

0 Stars!!! Do not buy with them!!! They are selling products that should be on refurbished as new product and with price of new product. Huge visible manufactures issues and they are not offering a fair price. You buy the product, they confirm that is new and sending you crap. I am on my 4th refridge and freezer with bad, bad visible defects and they are aware of it and offered nothing more than 1 extra year of warranty which was not sendid to me thru email but the price still for new fridge and freezer. I am looking forwards to go farther with complains because they declined to register my complain for the last fridge and freezer. They have ruined the floor from my rented house and still did not get back to me with fixing or compensations.
This is unacceptable, it is horrible, 4 fridge and freezer damaged sold on full price. I will definitely report that tomorrow on services that deals with Quality Check. Is even worst than a refurbished fridge and freezer and the price they sold it was for new product.

Non-Existent Customer Service or Support
Bought a new washing machine on 23 March and the on off switch broke on 21 May. No engineer available until 4 June and then no repair as he did not have the parts.
Contacted on 6 June by email to say parts are not available and they will be in touch when they arrive. After 20 minutes on phone on 8 June was advised that they had no delivery date for spares.
My wife is a GP who needs fresh scrubs daily and we also have a SEN child in the house.
They don't care.
I hope no one else ever buys from them and ends up in a similar situation.
