I have played Prize Paradise since lockdown. I have had a few small wins but tonight won £5000. Anytime I have sent a message to the team i have had a reply within minutes. I have seen many websites with the same kind of wins but i will only play Prize Paradise as i know its genuine

Easy to use and when you win the process to claim your funds is very simple and efficient.

I have been playing with Prize Paradise since 17th March 2025. As always i started on the free comps they had, before moving onto paid once i fully trusted them.

I have never won, but this is normal for a comp site. I have spoken to customer service to pass on my thoughts and feelings. (IE: Due to my disabilities i like to use my laptop for comping, and i find app only comps a little uneasy).

I had a really nice email back and thanking me. No change has happened, but i do not exptect them to make a change based on one customer feedback. But they accepted it and this is all i can ask. Any changes they do must be business decision. All i can do as a customer is offer feedback!

Small but great first win and it was so quick to withdraw the cash to my account which worked perfectly for the last bill I was behind on! I’ve played a few times after seeing a work colleague win £6,000 and finally won something that actually helped me majorly with a bill!
