had a new kitchen put in by this company, and i cant fault them. they were polite quick & really helpful!
nothing was ever a problem if i needed anything or had a question!

We he came on behalf of nph too no52 arlbury arlbury and all the bloke did was ether on his phone in garden or sitting in van for last hour he has just sat in van on phone disgusting

the work that needed doing involved 3 different types of skills. Each part was done by polite, tidy men, who always cleaned up after themselves. There was no fault with any stage of the work. Thank you all very much.

Pro Assist were appointed by our insurance company to rebuild our six foot, brick garden that was knocked down by a lorry in September.
The office kept me updated and reassured and the manager and brickie for the job were considerate and efficient.Reclaimed bricks were needed for the wall in a particular colour so that they blended in well with the remains of the original one.
The wall looks great and I have had several compliments about it. I was worried how the wall would look but am so pleased with the finished job.

We had a housefire 6 months ago and Pro-assist has coordinated all of the work.

They, and particularly Chris, have been fantastic in helping us restore our home the way we wanted it. Responsive and helpful on snagging and the quality of work has been great.

Thanks to them, we were able to get home before Christmas as promised, the assurance during a very difficult personal time made life much easier.

Well, where do I begin?!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Pro-Assist and their sub-contractor, Aspex Property Services, for the exceptional refurbishment of my kitchen. From start to finish, the experience was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine kindness.

The standard of workmanship was excellent, and every stage of the refurbishment was communicated clearly and respectfully. What truly set Pro-Assist and Aspex Property Services apart, however, was their understanding and consideration towards my family, particularly my children who have special needs.

The team were consistently patient, calm, and incredibly accommodating. They took the time to explain what was happening, adapted their approach when needed, and showed a level of empathy and respect that made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and reassuring. Their awareness and sensitivity towards my children’s needs meant more to us than words can fully express.

Every member of the team treated our home with respect, maintained a positive and friendly manner, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable throughout the entire refurbishment. It was clear that they genuinely cared, not just about delivering a high-quality kitchen, but about the people living in the home.

I cannot recommend Pro-Assist and Aspex Property Services highly enough. Their professionalism, outstanding work, and compassionate approach have made a lasting impression, and I am truly grateful for the care and respect they showed to my family.

I’ll definitely be returning in a couple of months to get them to refurbish my bathroom!!!

Great, reliable and excellent at what they do. I had an awful flood in my property, Pro Assist were amazing at the job, kept pushing forwards despite the insurance company being extremely challenging.

I would recommend them to anyone.

My bathroom had a leak under the bath that went unnoticed for a long time, which meant the flooring had to be replaced right down to the concrete, along with two walls. Scott handled the whole situation in a very impressive and professional way. He brought in humidifiers immediately, and the drying process took five days. His team then managed to reinstall the bathroom in just two days, allowing us to use the toilet again quickly, and the finishing touches and decoration were completed soon after. I’m really impressed with the work — the bathroom looks even better now. Overall, everything was great

All the contractors have been very polite and professional and accommodating with our autistic daughter. All the men have gone above and beyond to make sure the rooms was complete and safe for us to use.

I had a problem with pipes leaking under the concrete floor. During the course of getting the problem sorted I had to deal with several companies. Once Pro Assist were appointed to help the whole situation become less stressful. Their communication was excellent. They listened carefully to my queries and were quick to respond and kept me updated at all times. They were polite and went above and beyond to help me. I had complete confidence in them and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our insurance claim resulted from a very slow leak from a water pipe embedded in the screed under our utility room floor. By the time the issue became apparent damp had spread into the adjacent kitchen floor and had started up the walls and into the carcasses of some of the fitted units.

Our insurers nominated Pro Assist to assess the damage and agree a settlement. Pro Assist first stripped out the flooring and damaged carcasses and then conducted and monitored a lengthy drying out process. They agreed a claim with our insurers, with us given the options of Pro Assist carrying out all the agreed restitution works themselves or our receiving a specified cash settlement from our insurers.

We opted for the “one-stop-shop” offered by Pro Assist and were very pleased we did so. All their tradesmen worked to a high standard and the end result was an entirely new kitchen and utility room.

Through the Council we had this Company to deal with a bad case of mould in a few of our rooms. First class job by Steve and Charlie. Would highly recommend.

Great company! Very proffesional

They left live wires in my house on a ceiling job, then sent an electrician that was rude and sarcastic, who still left the live wires. The manager was rude and threatened me because I told him that I suffer from anxiety have children and was uncomfortable with live wires. Job was supposed to last 2 days its 3 days and still have live wires

FOLLOW UP: It's 8.25am (Thursday 29 May 2025) and I have recieved another threatening call by Scott the contract manager

From the moment Mark from Pro Assist contacted me to begin my insurance claim refurb, I felt that at last I’d be listened to.
Having waited over 4 months for my Insurance company to assign a company to carry out the works, Pro Assist stepped in and stepped up.
Great communication at all times.
Well organised team who went beyond what I was expecting.
Always tidy and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Started works on 23rd and 24th November ( done 4 hours on thr 24th). I haven't heard back from them. Rang a week ago and left a message on answer phone saying I'd get a call back within 24 hours. 7 days later and still waiting for a call.

Plasterers and decorators did a wonderful job. They were pleasant and helpful, extremely clean. A really good standard of work was carried out by both trades.
