While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Proceed with Caution – Misleading Checkout Process
Be careful when using this company for a one-time purchase.
I’m an autoentrepreneur in France and used their services to purchase a KBI for my company. Initially, it appeared that the cost would be around €1.50. However, not only were they unable to provide the KBI I requested, but they also enrolled me in a subscription.
When I reached out to customer service, they insisted the subscription was clearly outlined in the checkout process and claimed they had delivered the promised service. But the one thing I actually needed, the KBI, was never provided. To me, that’s a failure in service.
After going back through the checkout process, I did find the subscription details, but they were buried in fine print. I’ll admit I should have read all the details, but the design was incredibly misleading.
As a small business owner, a €71 charge is significant. I work in Product Marketing, and from that lens, this felt especially shady. Hiding key subscription details in small print rather than clearly communicating them upfront isn’t just bad UX, it’s deceptive. It wasn’t until I mentioned potential legal action and negative reviews that they agreed to issue a refund.
Key Takeaways:
1. For customers: Always read the fine print, even if the checkout process seems straightforward.
2. For Pro Enterprises: Please, be transparent. Human to human. Burying critical info in footers and making it difficult to cancel or request refunds isn’t just bad business, it’s misleading and unfair. Clear, upfront communication goes a long way in building trust.
It’s disappointing when companies operate this way. Hopefully, this feedback will lead to a better, more transparent process for future users.
