It’s a scam. They will charge you for male enhancement which was never ordered. They charge twice on your credit card and the charge is almost $300. Customer service will offer a cheaper charge; however, I never ordered what the confirmation listed. Very frustrating experience. Don’t order anything from this company.

The worst...
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience with your box collection services. Despite initial confirmations and commitments made, I encountered a series of issues that significantly disrupted my schedule and caused undue stress.
Initially, I was informed that the boxes would be collected on Wednesday. However, this deadline was postponed without prior notification, and subsequently, two other appointments were confirmed for Thursday between 12-16 and Friday by 15:00. Unfortunately, on none of these occasions did your representatives arrive as scheduled.
These delays had a profound impact on my work schedule, requiring me to wait in vain throughout the day. Furthermore, I was assured that I would be contacted to find a resolution and reschedule the service, but to date, I have not received any communication from your side.
This experience does not reflect the professionalism and customer respect.

STAY AWAY FROM OK Natura
The worst experience with these thieves!!! Where are the orders? If they were even sent, they should arrive at customs and I should receive a letter or some notification of the arrival but NOTHING both times. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE. 1st order stayed in transit for over 2 months. The re-order after they sent me credit costing me shipping again is still in transit after 34 days. No answer to WhatsApp messages or email until I left negative feedback for the first order. SCUM!!!
