Delay with Evri loosing parcel, Pro Plates replaced and sent them to us. Eventually it was sorted, would be nice if they had responded earlier but ultimately we got our parcel. Thanks for sorting.

Straight forward to order, delivery longer than expected
Straight forward to order and received confirmation of order. Took 4 weeks before dispatch but did receive tracking for order. Delivered quickly once with post service.
No product, no response
Have sent a number of emails that 'bounce back' and a contact form with no response. They do not answer phones either. Ordered 4th October, now 27th of October and order still at processing, not even shipped - only a very small order but annoying nonetheless, wouldn't place any large orders at all given this experience. If they can't ship out 4 0.25kg plates god help anyone with a large order.
It has been over a month since I spent…
It has been over a month since I spent £180 on weight plates and they still haven’t arrived and I have emailed / rung multiple times for updates. I still have no idea if or when they will be arriving
Slow delivery but great quality.
To follow on from my previous review.
Dumbells have finally arrived, quality is great and delivery was quick once it was shipped.
The only issue I have was the time it took for the order to be delivered. It was over a month from the order being placed and the response time to emails is poor at best. Hopefully this can be rectified in the future.
That being said, I will be ordering again in the future as I will need more. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.
I have ordered from them twice
I have ordered from them twice, the first time I ordered a dumbbell set and it was delivered in around a week. The second time I ordered some 1.25kg plates and there was a mix up and one pair were missing. I emailed them and it took a bit of time but eventually they sent me a new pair. In general the quality of the plates is decent and the overall shopping experience was satisfactory. Happy to order from them again in the future.
Communication leaves a lot to be desired
Placed an order on the 11th. They do say 2 weeks approx processing plus a further 7-10 for delivery.
I’ve sent two contact forms from the website in the past week just to check on the progress and I’ve heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement that they’ve received it and no response.
Hoping the product is better than the communication. I’ll update the review once the product has been delivered.
UPDATE: received a reply anticipating shipping to be no later than the 5th July. Had my UPS tracking email overnight and am now waiting with anticipation/excitement for it to arrive to unpack and see how well it’s been powder coated.
I do really like the product but they…
I do really like the product but they failed to deliver one part of the equipment I ordered (pulley system) and have been unable to get this sent since. Due to them changing their email provider, even though it is listed on my receipt, they can't do anything. Not great customer service.
The product is great
The product is great. Good comms, well packed and the updated logos on the plate look cool. They delivered to my billing address and not my delivery address which was the only faff. Not sure if that was them or DHL
Super products
Super products! My weight plates are that beautiful I don’t want to use them!
Great service well made and tough.
Great service
Great service, perfectly painted weights to match my existing set, and delivered on time by a great guy who was really helpful and friendly despite the difficulty of having to park on a main road to deliver. Very happy.
Excellent, Highly Recommend.
Pro-plates were excellent from the get-go. I spent a good while emailing them to ask lots of questions about plate diameters before ever ordering. They did a great job answering my questions and were very helpful - even doing a custom size for me.
Once I placed my order, the wait was approx. 1-2 months for delivery, which wasn't a problem as they're made to order so I expected a wait. They were also very good getting back to me when I asked for an ETA.
When my order arrived, everything was exactly as expected. I was missing a weight tree and a pair of 15kg plates however. I emailed and very quickly got a reply apologising for the mistake and the remaining items arrived just 2 days later. Again, exactly as expected.
I'm very happy with the quality of my plates and with the excellent service I received. I'll be happily returning to order dumbbells and bumper plates in the future. :)
Highly recommended if you want plates you couldn't find anywhere else!
The best 50kg plates and thinner size…
The best 50kg plates and thinner size compare to other 50kg plates.
Rusting and Peeling.
Bought the PowrCage#2 Package and the Dumbells & Barbell are COVERED in rust after one year. The "powder coating" on the plates AND power rack is flaking off too. This is all being stored in a home gym shed, where I've had other much cheaper barbells for over 5 years that havent rusted. When your paying so much for a product that's meant to be premium, and then paying EXTRA for powder coating, you'd expect it to do its job and not be peeling after a year, ridicilous. Obviously the company decided to cheap out and use less expensive products to save on costs, because no powder coating I've ever seen peels after 1 year and defintley no premium Barbell that's "Chrome finish, preventing any corrosion" rusts in a year. What a joke

Very high quality product
I dont have much to say besides the fact that the product is clearly very high quality. Have only had for a few weeks so no long-term assessment can be made - will update in a year or so.
Fantastic products
This review is long overdue but glad to be able to write it now. I purchased the Olympic barbell and 77kg set 6 months ago and after moving home I have finally begun using it!
Aleisha was extremely helpful, responsive and professional answering all my questions and helping me with my purchase. Thank you again. Highly recommended.
