From the very first communication by phone we had complete confidence and reassurance that Pro-Teck Electrical would do a thorough job replacing our old fuse box.
They emailed me a detailed quote within an hour. They called the day before installation to check everything was ok and were very accommodating with fitting in with our family schedule.
The electrician who attended site was polite, courteous and very efficient.
The job took just 4 hours to complete and the electrician was very neat and tidy. There was no mess left for us to clean up or making good.
We can highly recommend this company for anyone who wants a professional, comprehensive and trustworthy service with very high standards.

I asked for a visit and got one immediately. It fixed the problems that we were having with control of our heating system using our Loxone controller and got us going again. It is good to have hot water again! The engineer attending was knowledgeable and listened to and understood our requirements.

Great Job!!! Guy's turned up prompt and on time nice and early at 8:30am ready to work. The job wasn't an easy one but the 3 guys worked out the best plan of action and set about the job. Marcin rewired our entire house 3 years ago. We hadn't had any faults or problems until last week.

With the work under warranty, Marcin promptly sent someone round to investigate. It turned out not to be a fault, but user error... Great that Marcin was so quick to respond and he didn't charge us for the call out.

Very positive experience with Pro-Teck. Marcin came out promptly to assess and give me a quote. Then I confirmed and the work was booked in and carried out without delay.
