Nobody help me! And my money Is not back

Due to a website error, a suscripción and purchase were madera teatro i did not authorize, but they helado me satisfactorily to obtener my refund

I would like to mention that do not believe to this scammers. They have detected more than 60$ from my account without information and notifications. I requested my money to be refunded but no reply. After I wrote review immediately they emailed me personally remove the review and we will refund your money. I deleted the review but till today they replied and no refunded amount back. I would like to attach here all the emails but as I see there’s no option to attach any pictures

First, 3 payments was deducted from my bank account without my knowledge. Bank refunded the first payment, I queried the second payment, bank couldn't help so I chatted with a consultant, subscription was cancelled. But then a third payment went off after cancellation. I contacted support and they helped immediately, the same day I received feedback.
I received refund for the last transaction. Thank you, I trust this is sorted now.

Very worst.. Don’t trust.. These people are fraud.. They deduct almost 800 sar from my account..They said me to review the good experience then they will refund my amount..I reveiwed as they told..Almost one month gone they didn’t refund my amount.. Don’t trust please😠
