Totally useless! Tout their services of being able to provide appropriate contract opportunities. MY experience is one totally unsuitable opportunity in 3 years. I'm a safety consultant in fire & explosion hazards. Proactis sent me a contract opportunity to supply wood chip biomass.
Don't bother asking for help or support either.
Highly confusing to use and incredibly slow support.
I’m extremely disappointed with this service. Their support is downright terrible — responses can take months, and even then issues are simply not followed up on. You’re basically left completely in the dark.
On top of that, their service bus platform is highly unreliable. It frequently throws 503 errors and becomes unreachable, which is unacceptable for any production environment.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and unreliable experience. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
We are a customer of Proactis and use their contract management system, also for regulatory reporting purposes for almost a year.
On 26.04.2025 we tried to do mass upload of the data and the system according to their instructions, and the upload failed and caused erasing of our exiting contracts data in their environment.
After multiple escalations, calls to customer service support and our customer success manager, 3 weeks later the problem is still not fixed.
There is no capability at Proactis to restore our data from a back-up, no possibility to write a technical script that would fix the issue, no proper response on the route - cause of the problem.
Moreover, they kindly proposed us to pay (!) for additional time of the developer for the issue to be resolved.
In my 15 years of procurement experience working with various services providers I have never seen such unprofessionalism.
Please stay away from using the services of this vendor to avoid our situation
