Regarding restricted accounts, please note that restrictions most often occur due to usage or activities outside of our control. Still, we have always provided replacements within warranty whenever a genuine issue was verified.

Terrible experience. Sold unusable Business Manager
I bought a “verified” Facebook Business Manager on May 6th and got access on the 13th—only to find it was already restricted the moment I joined.
Since then the BM was disabled or restricted four time without me taking any action and each time they insisted I first request a Facebook review and “wait 6–7 hours,” then “5–6 hours,” then “a couple of days,”.
Each time the BM came back, it got disabled again and they’d promise, “Once it’s back, we’ll send you a replacement.” But as soon as it was restored, they changed their tune to “Next time it’s rejected, we’ll replace it.”
I repeatedly asked for a replacement or a refund, but was given only generic guides and endless waiting periods. If you need a working Business Manager, look elsewhere. This seller’s product was unusable, and their support are liars.

Your first Business Manager was delivered on time and was fully available when handed over. Unfortunately, it was disabled due to activity on your end, not due to any issue with the product itself. Despite this, we still replaced it for you, going beyond our standard policy.
When we offered a replacement after that, you were not available to accept it in a timely manner, and by the time you did, an unfortunate situation led to that Business Manager also being banned. However, it’s not accurate to say it was banned six times, as you mentioned, this is misleading.
We supported you every step of the way and even offered another replacement afterwards, which you chose to ignore before leaving this negative review.
We understand your frustration, but we always do our best to help our customers. Thank you for your time.
