Likes the taste. Packaging is a bit too much. Don't think it needs that much quality. But it's pretty.
Chocolate is a bit bitter. I liked the vanilla better. Portion size is perfect.

Excellent !
Proats is an excellent product for people who are looking for a well balanced pre workout meal/ to add more protein to their routine. You can always add a fruit (apple/blueberry/kiwi/banana) and a spoon of peanut butter to make it even better.
I wish the price was a bit on the lower side. It is comparable to other similar products on the market though.
