Probatecounselors Reviews 

We used to get harassing phone calls from Probate Counselors fairly regularly. We haven’t gotten one in a while, so I thought they went away. They lie to try to get around the receptionist to speak with the attorney. We ask them every time to put us on the DNC list and they never do.

However, today Jorge V. (561) 287-6417 called ... my receptionist was professional but direct & gatekept and the jerk said "you know I can leave a yelp review, right?" and then left us a long one star review!

This company scheduled an appointment to talk with me by misrepresenting themselves. I was told a financial planner had a case she wanted to discuss with me but it was too sensitive to give my paralegal any details. As a courtesy I agreed to set a phone appointment.

I called in for my appointment and was told about the huge number of leads they had for probate attorneys. Repeatedly they asked if I could handle the growth. It was just a boilerplate sales pitch.

It became clear this wasn't a financial planner with a client who needed a problem to be solved, it was a marketing company (to be charitable) that was pitching their services. This was unprofessional in my opinion.

I didn't hire them so I can't comment on the quality of their services. I am commenting on the deceptive way they set an appointment.
