FRIZZ........
emailed probeaut last week with my disappointment with the hairdryer purchased as a birthday gift by a family member., highlighting the static and Frizz this particular model is causing not to mention how dry and brittle my hair feels within the space of using it for only a month.
I forwarded the model number etc ., and asked if they had any thoughts on my experience ???
However I have had no response which I tend to think speaks volumes regarding the company and product 😑

Don’t buy here
I bought a straightener plugged it in once, it started to smoke and to burn. My straightener is completely burned, I contact costumer service they show no interest to help me. I explain how I travel all the time they seem to ignore it. My order number was MFBOJFXHJ.

We both know that this is not true. You contacted costumer services that you had an issue with your recently bought item. That's really unfortunately to hear. Costumer services responded correctly that the will resolve your issue and that costumer services will send you a return label for your item and after we receive this item we will try to solve this as quickly as possible. Your response was that you where traveling around. Costumer services replied that they where willing to send you a return label from any country in Europe. This is by the way actually something that not many companies would do. Afterwards you told costumer services that you are now located in Azia. For us it is impossible to provide you with this service. Wa have given you several other options. for example: that it could be handled through your friends here in holland. a other option was to resolve the issue when you where here back in holland (even if this would take a while). All these options where no option for you. To provide service we need to have the defected device. So if you would provide it to us, we will gladly resolve the issue.

I ordered hair color. This online store has a very large selection of Matrix colors, I chose the one that suits me best. The delivery took two days, because I placed the order on day off.
