I wouldn’t recommend dealing with these guys. The delivery time was far longer than promised, I was told 15–30 minutes, but ended up waiting nearly 2 hours. The person I dealt with, I believe his name was Mike, kept asking me to wait longer each time I checked in.

I stayed patient for quite a while, but towards the end it became pretty frustrating. Only after I pushed back did he finally say it was ready, without any apology or acknowledgment of the delay.

To make matters worse, just a few days after receiving the gold, my account was permanently banned. I had nearly 2000 total level, and it was all lost.

Overall, a really disappointing experience. Just be cautious, and if you end up dealing with Mike, good luck.

I was browsing an account for sale and asked a question in the chat. Before I started chatting, it was priced at $399. During the chat, the price was raised from $399 to $499. I know this is true, and I have proof: I had an older tab open with the same account showing $399. I confronted the chat agent (Daniel) about it, and he played dumb—despite me sending screenshots of the old and new prices. He said this wasn’t possible and claimed I had edited the page myself to change the price (lol). This site and its customer service agents are deceptive and dishonest. I thought this was considered one of the better sites on the web, but that’s clearly not the case—they’re typical scammers. If they do this before you purchase something from them, I can’t imagine what kind of service you’d get afterward. They’re not to be trusted.
