Absolutely the best buying and selling experience i have ever had. He has helped me out several times and always makes things work with what I need. If you ever need anything this is the site to use.

Always bought at Problemas for years, out of sudden they asked for a copy of my id which CAN be used as fraud. (not telling they would) but its against the rules of my country to provide it so i'm not able to make purchases @ them anymore. Dutch citizens should no longer place an order unless they are willing to provide a copy of their id. They told me that they will issue an refund which will take 'a couple days'.

Will update this review when i have received the full refund.

EDIT: Probemas reached out to me by mail. Got my rs mills without kyc. Solved now.

Amazing people!

I have always had my doubt as i seen many services like this were they use bots. To do there (hard work) for me it seems like thoose guys are literally putting there time into the game to understand how it works.. i bought a quest service with a little boosting my (guy that was doing this work was polite sweet understanding) and he almost completed my hole order in less 3 days and i had alot on my order..

So all i can say is.. amazing services amazing shop

Do not use, scammers. Promote a 5 min delivery time then change their minds. Refunds apparently take 10 business days which is not true as we all know.

I used Probemas to buy some gold and was immediately perma-banned from Jagex.

I almost had a full quest cape, hundreds of mill worth of gold, I'm unbelievably pissed.

do NOT purchase services with this group. horrible customer service where ticket handlers don't respect customers and their requirements. customer service should be friendly and helpful, not hostile. they have lost out on a lot of money here.
