Beware the customs duties
I thought I was ordering from a Canadian based company (note the canadian website). Instead, the order is coming from somewhere outside the country and I am being charged a significant customs duty. There was no previous notice that customs duties would be charged. With the addition of the shipping fees and the duties, I would have been better off purchasing from my local shop.

I had a shipping discount
I had a shipping discount, that expired 2 days prior to my order. I'm not always getting to my emails daily, so it was disappointing that the discount code was only valid for a 48 hr window.

Great selection and pricing with fast…
Great selection and pricing with fast shipping. I would love to see a shipping option including all pre paid duties etc as your competitor does. It’s a “bit” of a premium but NEVER gets held up at customs which is always the longest part of the delivery. So….worth it…IMO.

Overcharged. Site is pretending to be Canadian
Chose the product from the site because it was a .ca domain. Felt I could trust that the pricing was in Canadian dollars and shipping would be simple. Turns out, it’s being shipped from the UK, and had to pay shipping fees. Given the total, shipping should have been free. On top of that, I ended up having to pay import fees. This was the most misleading online shopping experience I’ve had.
