It's been a long and frustrating process with Hartwell Finance after I returned my Focus once the 3 year lease agreement ended. I contacted Problem Percy to take my case on as I was getting nowhere with Hartwell and even the financial ombudsman. The dialogue continued for approx a year and initially Hartwell were trying to charge me £5000 for damages they couldn't prove where done in my possession.
