My assessor, Lisa, was lovely. She made me feel at ease and allowed me time and space to talk freely. Though she was taking notes I felt she was genuinely listening and responding authentically. I found the pre assessment questionnaires a little restricting due to the box size being fixed, but when I contacted PS about it they advised me to attach the answers as a separate document. When I have needed to contact PS about anything I have found their responses to be prompt and informative. I also found it worked well being totally online as it made it easier to fit around my work schedule.
Overall I would 100% recommend this service.

I was quite anxious about both my assessments but each time the assessors were so lovely.
They let you go at your own pace and are so understanding and make you relax straight away.
Answered all my questions and are so friendly.

We went through this recently we waited 15 months for an appiintment after being referred from our dr , however they keep you updated every 3 months by email
The assessment was done with a lot of care and felt they listened and actually cared where as for the last 3 years we’d felt let down as a family as no one was doing anything

Khadijat was the loveliest assessor who took me through the process with knowledge and care, promptly providing the documentation/diagnosis not long after the assessment. I really appreciated her warmth which made me feel at ease on being open about my experiences and concerns about where I felt my condition was debilitating me in some aspect of my life.

Sarah was an excellent and highly experienced assessment facilitator. She took time to relate to my child and connect personally, and remained encouraging and patient throughout. This led to a really positive experience. I only wish Sarah could tutor my child every day!

What a fabulous experience. From the start communication was clear, reminders sent regularly for appointments, the dashboard set up meant I knew exactly what to do and when. Emails were courteous, friendly and helpful. Everything moved quickly, everyone I dealt with along the way was lovely, after care has been marvelous too.

Great experience with ProblemShared - they were quick to respond to me and really held my hand with my application and also extended it when I couldn't complete all the forms on time.
My assessor, Kerenhappuch was amazing and even called me late at night to let me know my diagnosis when I couldn't make the earlier time due to work.
High recommend and thank you again for your help.

Overall my experience with my assessor Lisa Manser was excellent she was very kind and helpful. The whole diagnosis process was really well executed and Lisa was very patient with technical issues (the 5 stars are for her). However, one criticism towards the generic service (not a reflection on my assessor) would be that when I gained my appointment it landed on a working day that I could not take off. Therefore, I asked for another date. I was warned that if I didn't take one of the two dates I cannot reschedule again. Although I do understand the pressures on the service it is not helpful to have such an inflexible system. It is already quite nerve wracking to go through this and waiting times are high so to have waited for a long time to be told take the date or you wont get another one (my words) it is upsetting and not very helpful. Considering this is a mental health provider it needs to be considerate towards this if I took this into consideration I would have given 3 stars but I did eventually have a really kind assessor as suggested who was amazing.

The whole process from start to finish was of a very high standard. It took just under 12months instead of the extremely long wait for an autism assessment with the NHS. Which I am very grateful for. My daughter was very anxious about the assessment but Helen the assessor put her at ease straight away and we both found the experience extremely thorough.
We both would highly recommend Problem Shared.

First assessment went really well. But the diagnosis couldn’t be confirmed. It took a little time to get clarity around this. However, a thorough explanation was given shortly after along with my full diagnosis.
Lovely therapists. Very calm and friendly x

A tick box exercise, not a professional assessment. Staff not experienced enough in my opinion to consider links between ADHD/ND and hormone changes in later life. Not referred to any other services despite an array of debilitating and life altering traits / symptoms.

Eveything was explained perfectly! They were really easy to talk to, my son felt at ease. Overall I can’t fault anything about problem shared.

Claire and Christine were wonderful throughout the process. I understand wait times can be long, but once through the system, I was processed quickly and given a diagnosis within the same week. I would recommend ProblemShared for anyone looking understand more about themselves. The clinicians are kind, understanding and very knowledgable. Thank you!

Received an appointment very quickly after sending my forms back . My appointment was with a very patient, understanding man named Chris . Who explained and helped me understand the process. Very helpful . And what the next steps would be

Had absolutely great experience from the step one till the last step . Loved receiving loads of reminders about appointment and things I needed to finish completing. All stages been clear and easy to understand.

Problem Shared has been very caring and helpful towards me and I have greatly appreciated that. Anna was very considerate to me when I was my son's informant even when I said, That's me to a few questions she asked about him. My assessor, Efua is wonderful and we shared a few giggles along the way, but that's just me. I will always recommend Problem Shared to others as I think very highly of their professionalism and insight into autism. I am 73 years old and never thought about autism - it was never thought of when I was growing up. I went to my GP and told her I was curious about as I know it can be hereditary and my son has recently been diagnosed as such and he has flourished and is achieving great things - BUT he is just my wonderful boy!
