I used the online quotation service to get a quotation on some bespoke sized dovetail drawers. I thought that this was fairly self explanatory and easy to go through. The response with the quotation was swift and listed exactly what I was purchasing explaining any discrepancies. Lead time was clear and kept to.

Too expensive to consider
I asked for a quote on a single drawer simply to get a price indication. The quote came through as absurdly expensive. Little or no chance to do business with this firm

Bespoke draws pre-drilled
Qty 24 arrived safe and all dimensions good and drilling all accurate.
Delivered on time, all prime quality timber and arrived well wrapped on pallets. Service can not be faulted. I saved a lot of my time so I can concentrate on other items.

We had a request for bespoke items in ASH and the level of detail of advice which was given was very much helpful. We were requested to confirm the design in form of drawings so both sides understood the request. When the items came they were delivered exactly as requested.
