Excellent service and product
The process of ordering bespoke drawers is straightforward and Kim and Sam are always speedy with sending the quote. They are always happy to adjust any measurements and so helpful if a detail I've overlooked needs highlighting. I like it that i can put in a quote for my prospective customers and its no bother if we dont get the job, i appreciate that they are still happy to do the next quote.
And when we do order the drawers we have never had any errors. We've used ply, oak and maple and they have all been made nice and tidy with good finishing.
A delivery date is provided on order which is reliable.
Im very happy to recommend this company for making our drawers.

Arbitrary trade only policy
Wouldn’t let me order a tray as part of my kitchen redesign based on an arbitrary rule that it is trade only, despite the fact I had exact measurements. I designed and ordered the whole kitchen but apparently am not capable of giving simple tray measurements!

Have used Probox drawers on several projects and am always impressed with the quality of both the bespoke and Classic swift drawers. Ordering online is very straightforward and if I need extra information the sales team are really good. Delivery is prompt and always well packaged to avoid damage in transit- they are a pleasure to deal with.
