When my pro breeze arrived there was a…

When my pro breeze arrived there was a problem with a broken plug prong.
After an initial email Shine was able to sort things very quickly and sent me a new updated model of my humidifier
Delighted with service good response times and very helpful personalised emails Thank you Probreeze especially Shine so helpful

Returned item, Pro Breeze UNRESPONSIVE!

I ordered a dehumidifier on 26/12/2025
It was delivered on 28/12/2025 and I wasn’t completely happy with the purchase so I wanted to return the product. I then emailed support on 31/12/2025 and started the return procedure. I then paid for the return myself using Parcel2go as recommend and used Evri. I then posted it back on 31/12/2025.

It arrived back with Pro Breeze on 04/01/2026 and I sent the delivery confirmation. They then stopped responding.

I then raised another support request on Tuesday at 12:00 which stated they would respond in 72 hours which at the time of writing they haven’t.

Great customer service

I can’t review the products fully just yet as I have only recently purchased the dehumidifiers, however I did have an issue with one, which did not operate properly, once I managed to work out how to make contact ( Via WhatsApp) link is on their website. I found their customer service fantastic within a day they had sent me a returns label for the faulty unit and despatched a new replacement.
I assume not providing a telephone number makes operational sense for them which is fine as long as other contact methods are easy to locate.

Superb customer service

Superb customer service. I was merely enquiring why my probreeze was no longer working and was simply trying to figure out what might be wrong. Without any hesitation, a replacement was offered. Well done Pro Breeze, you have my future custom and recommendation

5 years from purchase of Pro Breeze 5-in-1 12L Air Fryer Oven 1800W with Rotisserie, Dehydrator, Digital Display, Timer,

January 2019 I purchased a pro breeze air fryer. It’s been a very useful addition to the kitchen and gives very good results. However I need replacement parts for rotisseries, couldn’t locate parts anywhere so contacted pro breeze and a few messages later Myra, the agent I dealt with had it sorted for me. Replacement parts should be on the way now! Considering this is five years on from purchasing, and was during the Christmas period when things are usually fraught! After sales care doesn’t come better than that! Thank you pro breeze and especially Myra. Happy new year to all!

I bought a 20L dehumidifier from…

I bought a 20L dehumidifier from ProBreeze last April 2025, really worked great and was very happy with it until it stopped collecting moisture (not collecting water at all) done all the troubleshooting as per manual instructions but nothing helped. So, I contacted ProBreeze via WhatsApp. Reasonable time getting back to me, really excellent customer service, now I’m waiting for the replacement and I’m so grateful as it’s one of the best dehumidifier that I used.

Fantastic product and customer service

We already had one dehumidifier which has been a good send over the winter with preventing condensation on the windows. We ordered a second which came with a faulty display. I contacted pro breeze and had the faulty item sent back and a replacement arranged to be sent out the same day. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Purchase of New ProBreeze 20l Dehumidifier

I purchased the ProBreeze 20l dehumidifier and I have been really impressed with the performance to date.
Had a slight issue with connecting the WIFI option, but received online support from ProBreeze Support and connected to the App successfully.
We have cut down massively on the amount of condensation in our house & conservatory over winter to date.
We are also using the washing option on the dehumidifier to dry clothes in the spare room on wet & cold winter days with the heating on and the door closed.
On my Smart Meter, the dehumidifier stays in the green when I have it on, so very pleased with its economical energy usage to date.

GREAT COMPANY AND A GREAT DEHUMIDIFIER…

BOUGHT A DEHUMIDIFIER FROM PROBREEZE IN THEIR BLACK FRIDAY SALE FOR MY DAMP DETACHED GARAGE.IT WAS DELIVERED QUICKLY BUT I REALIZED I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE DESICCANT DEHUMIDIFIER FOR THE CONDITIONS AND TEMPERATURE DROPS OUT THERE. TOTAL LACK OF RESEARCH ON MY PART, SO CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND HAPPY TO ACCEPT A RETURN (AT MY COST OBVIOUSLY) AND WOULD ISSUE A FULL REFUND. THIS WAS DULY DONE AND I BOUGHT THE CORRECT TYPE AND AM SO PLEASED WITH IT ! MY PRIZED MOTORCYCLE IS VERY PLEASED ALSO. THANK YOU PROBREEZE FROM THE BOTH OF US.

Ordered a refurbished dehumidifier which needs returning as faulty, I’ve sent messages asking to collect so I can get a refund (£109) I’m still waiting, there’s no actual telephone number to call, I need it returned asap.

ProBreeze dehumidifier 20L arrived…

ProBreeze dehumidifier 20L arrived unusable. Came full of oil like spillage all over the product, so we couldn’t do anything about it it. Also, very dangerous because it is very likely flammable. The most disappointing thing is, I am still waiting for their customer service to get in touch. Probably they all are on festive break. Edit: it has been a full week now and yet, have not heard back from their customer service, this company is a joke.

I experienced an issue with the original product, but the customer service team handled it extremely well. The representative took the initiative promptly, arranged the return without any hassle, and sent out a brand-new replacement.

The communication was clear and professional throughout the process, and the replacement arrived as expected. I’m very satisfied with both the customer support and the product itself. Great service and a company you can trust.
